Mount Semeru, East Java

Semeru is the highest mountain in Java. Having delayed a few years, finally in May of 2012 I was a duet with a friend managed to climb. A majestic mountains with Mahameru that so big and strong. The view to the summit "Mahameru" so spectacular because we can see other mountains around East Java. Although we stopped about 1-2 hours before the summit, I was satisfied that i've tasted Mahameru sand and the beauty of the mountain.

Landscape, West Sumatra

As one of the areas which through the line of Bukit Barisan mountains, West Sumatra is also rich in natural scenery such as mountains, lakes and rice fields. Here are some landscape that was captured while i visiting there.

Bukittinggi, West Sumatra

Bukittinggi, as the name suggests is a cool temperate city. The town has several tourist spots like Jam Gadang in the center of town, Benteng Fort de Kock & Animals gardens and Ngarai Sianok.

Lembah Harau, West Sumatra

Awesome. That's what I said when I first arrived in the Harau Valley. A long drive by bus for 4 hours from the city of Padang in the direction to Payakumbuh is paid. High cliffs and beautiful look along the way. This place seemed to hide from the main road on the island of Sumatra. I've never been coming to Yosemite in the United States. But many people say this it is the Yosemite in Indonesia. You would not know it if you have not got this place.

Padang, West Sumatra

Along with the opening of new routes Mandala / Tiger Airways from Jakarta to Padang in the month of December 2012, I get a ticket at an attractive price. Arriving at the airport, we took time to stop by for a few hours to the capital of West Sumatra's. The place is quite interesting is about Siti Nurbaya bridge and the old town. But, unfortunately, not much can be seen.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur is one of the most advanced in Southeast Asia. Unfortunately, I have only one day and one night were there to stop the plane after a trip from Vietnam and Cambodia is quite tiring. Here are a few objects that I can see, not far from Chinatown where I stay.

Siem Reap, Cambodia

Siem Reap will sound unfamiliar to our ears than Angkor Wat. Siem Reap is the nearest town to the famous Angkor Wat site in the world. Angkor area is very spacious as a city with the most legendary Angkor Wat. In addition there are beautiful buildings like Bayon and angkor Thomb which has its own unique side.

Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Phnom Penh give unexpected surprise to me. In this capital of Cambodia, there's many beautiful temples and monasteries in the corner of the road. Riverfront area is an attractive tourist center because along the way there are hotel and restaurant overlooking the river. However, social inequality is very visible here. King's Palace / Royal Palace a magnificent and beautiful, Lexus jeep on the street seems cover the hardship condition of society in the country.

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Ho Chi Minh City or better known as Saigon is a city filled with history of Vietnam. In addition to the interesting museums and buildings of war, the city also has many parks of the city.
